WHOAMI
I'm Phillip — 23, and the one person behind Prompt & Pipeline.
I didn't start with an advantage. At 18 I was homeless, and the way out was work: years across public safety, animal control, community outreach, and administrative operations — jobs where you knock on doors, talk to strangers on their worst days, keep records straight, and get held accountable for all of it. That's where I learned the two skills this whole program is built on: starting hard conversations with people who didn't ask for one, and following a system until it produces results.
Life has hit hard along the way too. Two years ago I let stress take my health; a year ago I'd already taken it back — the same way I rebuild everything: a plan, executed daily, no shortcuts. That's the standard I hold myself to, and it's the standard I'll hold you to.
I built this program because most skills training online is either information with no accountability, or hype with no substance. This is the alternative: a published curriculum, small numbers of students, and my eyes on your actual work every week.
PRINCIPLES
-
principle/01
The syllabus is public. All of it.
Every module of every track is on this site before you pay a dollar. If the outline doesn't look valuable to you, don't buy it. Paywalling the table of contents is a tell.
-
principle/02
No income claims. Ever.
You'll never see "students make $10k/mo" here. Results depend on your effort, your market, and your starting point. Anyone guaranteeing income is selling the dream, not the skill.
-
principle/03
Feedback beats information.
YouTube has all the information for free. What it doesn't have is someone reviewing your recorded call at line 40 and telling you exactly where the prospect checked out. The feedback loop is the product.
-
principle/04
Homework produces assets, not certificates.
Every module ends with you owning something real: a prompt library, a working automation, a contact list, a concession ladder, a playbook. If a lesson doesn't produce an artifact, it's entertainment.

principle/05
Fit before money.
The apply form comes before the checkout link on purpose. If this program isn't right for you — wrong stage, wrong goal, wrong budget — you'll be told so. A refunded mismatch costs more than a declined sale.
