1. REFUNDS

Self-paced course: 14-day refund, no questions asked, as long as you haven't completed more than half the modules. Email phillipla99@gmail.com from your purchase email and it gets processed.

Monthly mentorship (group or 1-on-1): cancel anytime before your next billing date. No lock-ins, no cancellation calls, no "retention specialist." You keep access to course material you've paid for.

Track switch: self-paced students can switch tracks once within the first 14 days if the first pick was wrong.

Upgrade credit: upgrade within your first 30 days and everything you've paid applies as credit toward the higher tier.

2. NO INCOME GUARANTEES

This program teaches skills. It does not guarantee income, clients, meetings booked, or any specific result. Outcomes depend on your effort, your market, and your starting point. Any testimonials shown on this site are real, voluntary, and not representative promises of what you will earn. If a page ever appears to promise income, that's a bug — report it and it gets fixed.

3. PRIVACY

What's collected: the apply form collects what you type into it (name, email, track interest, context) and is processed by Formspree, which delivers it by email. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch this site.

What it's used for: sending you the syllabus, cohort dates, and answering your question. That's it.

What's not done: no selling or sharing your data, no ad pixels, no third-party trackers, no analytics scripts on this site. Emails come from a human and stop when you say stop.

Deletion: want your info gone? Email phillipla99@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

4. STUDENT WORK & RECORDINGS

Calls and work you submit for review are used only for your coaching. Nothing you submit is shared publicly or used in marketing without your explicit written permission. If you record your own sales calls for homework, check your state's recording-consent laws first (one-party vs two-party consent) — this is covered in the curriculum.

5. THE FINE PRINT, PLAINLY

Curriculum evolves — modules get improved, and self-paced students get updates free. Coaching schedules may shift with notice. Being a jerk in group sessions gets you a warning, then a refund and a goodbye. Questions about any of this: phillipla99@gmail.com.
